By learning to focus on three parts of your essence simultaneously, you bring yourself to the most powerful point of the creational process. It is from this point that your intentions are initiated with full alignment to Source.
If you are not receiving what you’re sending out, then this might be a good thing to practice.
The three points of focus:
1. The physical part of you. (What your fingers feel and your ears hear)
2. The energetic part of you. (The part of you that is controlling what your fingers feel and what your ears hear)
3. NOW (the present moment).
By combining these three areas of focus together, you will place yourself onto the path of least resistance in manifesting your desires.
And don’t forget, always be yourself, all the time.
