You’ve finally got a moment of peace from the devices. You lean back, close your eyes…
…and then it sounds like someone is pounding on the metal pipes deep within the structure of your house.
Some evil plumber, with no concern for your single available moment of rest. If you’ve been practicing clearing your mind, then you may be able to blot it out. If not, the pipe-pummeling may send you into a frenzy of expletives. It’s always your choice how you respond, of course, and that response determines your frequency.
You may find later that there was no plumber, and no one really was working on the pipes. If your human self needs an explanation to curb some fears, it will find one. Either way, there are messages waiting for you on higher levels, if you choose to investigate.
Think of a construction zone in a nice neighborhood. Building things is messy at some points in the process. So rather than expose that well-kept neighborhood to dust and broken stuff that’s going to get cleaned up soon anyway, the builders put up a partition. It’s a kindness and a demonstration of honor for others sharing the environment.
Your consciousness has a construction zone as well.
It’s the place where the past events you’ve recently reconsidered go to rebuild themselves from something painful, to something beautiful.
This happens when you take the time to review a past situation, and switch from blame to thankfulness for the experience.
When you have made that switch, it’s like hooking up the electricity in your construction zone. It tells the workers that it’s OK to start building with your new beliefs.
Just like construction zones in the physical, dust flies as the jackhammer starts breaking up unwanted structures. Bulldozing? Yup, that too. A lot goes on to clear that old energy, and because you’ve provided the new blueprint of revised core values, the workers don’t need much of your conscious attention to do their job.
So up goes the partition, which leaves you free to roam the beautiful neighborhood in peace.
It’s confirmation for you that all is well.
“You’re rebuilding yourself, and you’re doing a good job. Go have some fun, and leave the work to us. If we need you, we’ll be sure to let you know.”
Take that last line from a guide wearing a hard hat and a really big smile.
Love to you!

Was that a “Friday the 13th” fear popping in? Nah, I didn’t think so.
You’re past that superstition stuff now….right?
If it did, it’s just old Orion energy, skipping in for a visit. Many of us brought lower-energy focus into this incarnation for the purpose of exploring what it would be like to let it go. I call this rebalancing, but others may call it healing.
On the Earth plane, the number 13 has gotten a bad rap since Jesus’ last supper. That 13th guest was the tip of the iceberg when it comes to bad luck, since the symbolic connections go back much further: to our incarnations in the Orion star system. Humanity’s bank of symbols (common archetypes we’ve programmed for use in 3D existence) has assigned the number 13 to Orion energy, and we’ve collectively–and sometimes unconsciously—agreed to that association.
When we continuously activate a symbol in our awareness, we give it strength. It stays in our creational toolbox and is available for use in any new creation: positive, negative or otherwise.
If you are able to recognize the number 13’s emphasis on powerlessness, then you can release its (and any other superstition’s) hold on you. You’re divine! It’s just a symbol. A story to get you to investigate, consider, feel, thank and release your beliefs about how powerful a creator you are.
So give that dark part of yourself a big hug. Laugh at it if you can. Use the symbol for other purposes if you want, like I did here.
And remember who you are: The One Creating It All.
Since the Industrial Revolution (with which I have a long-standing beef), we have deferred to academics, corporate heads, and the media as the messiahs of what is “truth.”
It started with an intentional power imbalance among society:
rich vs poor
intelligent vs ignorant
beautiful vs ugly
royalty vs commoner
This power imbalance allows personalities like you–while in your natural, non-physical state–to choose a set of circumstances in which to incarnate. You had ideas about which role you’d like to play, and you chose one based on your interests, areas of development, and the individual and collective pursuit of joy.
It doesn’t really matter which “side” you chose, because either side will provide you with growth. As you rebalance the energy (also called karma) that is You Focusing on an Earth Life Right Now, you will learn to love life in all its forms.
On your path of remembrance (welcome Soul, we have been waiting for you!) you will question everything that you thought was real. You will start by using external sources like this article–as you were taught to do–to find your answers.
Information in many forms has been placed here for you to stumble upon. Who sent it?
This is what you are here to discover.
Following is the information placed here for you to read:
What you are reading right now was sent to you, by you, for just this moment.
You search for information out there because you do not yet trust yourself in here to provide you with the Truth.
The Truth comes from inside of you. Your Truth need not be anyone else’s Truth.
You make up your Truth as you go along.
With every thought, you create your truth in that moment. Observe your thoughts in each moment, and see what fuels them.
Search your outside environment to see what WAS, for everything that you see there was created by your “past” thoughts.
And then search your internal environment to see what IS, for this landscape forms that which you will see outside of you.
Practice maintaining focus on your present thoughts:
“What is happening now? How do I feel?”
Then acknowledge all answers, and love them. Maybe some forgiveness. Maybe some tears.
And finally: think of what makes you smile. Giggle, even. Stay there as long as possible. When you can, then you’ve rebalanced. Then perhaps, move on.
Soon, what you see “out there” will reflect those smiles and giggles in a multitude of ways. It must. It’s Law.
You are learning to trust yourself.
You were forgetful, but now you remember:
You are Wearing the Inside Out in all moments.
Expect that your wild online search for answers will taper off; you will consult external sources in fewer and fewer moments. You will instead begin to invent your truth based on what you’d like to experience, and what feels authentic to you. Don’t expect things to happen in order: solutions and answers may come before the actual challenge; you are also learning about the true nature of Time.
There are those of us who have made promises to the “Larger part of you” to plant some seeds. If you attend to these seeds, they grow. If you ignore them, they sit latent, waiting for you to revisit at any moment that you so choose.
The angels and the villains—no matter which costume we wear—we do this for you, in love.
If you let one seed grow, let it be the acceptance of the love that is available to you at all times.
Humanity is activating the sixth sense: Intuition.
Source communicates with you through many channels. The five you’ve been using all this time are your current go-to senses, because historically we’ve been told that they are the only reliable ones (despite 6 in 10 people needing glasses.) Information that arrives from elsewhere—those other feelings that we all have, and want to believe in—has habitually been discredited as sketchy and unreliable.
Changes in what you hear, how you hear, and which part of your ear hears it…are all first indications of a reactivated ability to detect subtle frequencies coming in. Delicate tuning forks are hiding in the ear canal, waiting to be stimulated; and you betcha that Source is going to utilize them in hopes that you pay attention.
It might start with an uncontrollable itching, deep inside your ear.
Totally maddening, since you can’t reach it from the outside, and there is nothing physical that you can do to make it stop.
This is a great sign! The awareness that there is even a PLACE inside your head that can send you into a frenzy of mysterious itching, is like the blossoming of a new flower in your consciousness. (Find out the symbolism of itchy ears here.)
So now that you’ve acknowledged a new channel, Source will ramp up the use of it.
Enter the crickets.
In the same area of that maddening itch….you may hear….chirps.
Most people describe these chirps as the sound of cricket song, but a few people have described the sound as if someone is shaking a bag of coins. Either way, you’re receiving embedded information through these sounds.
For me? The chirps are “confirmation.”
Thought, thought, thought, conclusion. Chirp.
In other words, “You’re on the right path. Keep going.”
If you’re hearing such chirps, take note of the thoughts that led up to the sound, and remember that nothing in life is random. Even occurrences with a physical explanation are still not random. It takes some repetition for human mind to connect the dots sometimes, so be patient with yourself. Gentle observation rather than creative desperation is the way to go here.
Here is a springboard message for you: “Benevolence.”
Crickets have a long and beloved history as symbols of good luck. Their songs are celebrated worldwide and they are portents of happiness and good fortune.
They accompany humans along on major milestones, in many rituals and in many cultures, around the globe. If you’re a poet, they are known to arouse poetic inspiration. Live crickets are still sold in some stationery shops in China.
The cricket as a representation of benevolence is inherent in humanity’s “bank” of symbols. These archetypes are available for activation when we search for deeper truth about something. Every symbol can incorporate multiple meanings, depending on which level you view it from. Black cats, for instance, are beloved comrades for the witch crew, and yet are omens of death for those with survival fears. It’s always up to you to give things meaning according to your current world view.
By considering your messages as positive feedback , you’ll loosen the reins a bit, and trust yourself more. Perhaps you’ll even make some daring decisions based on the belief that you’re living in a benevolent world.
So if you are hearing those mysterious chirps, celebrate your accomplishments! You’re on the right path, and it’s a good one.
Energy comes in many forms. Light. Sound. People. Dresses.
During the natural awakening process, there will be dips and spikes in your frequency. You’re clearing old blocked energy, as well as learning to be the transducer of the higher-frequencies offered to you. You’ll do some rebalancing, for sure. Some days are full of blissful peace, where it’s easy to send love to every living thing you see…and other days, it seems like you’ve developed a forked tongue poised to spit out venom at the first threat.
It doesn’t really matter what triggers these dips; for the event is just the initial spark to get you to feel something.
When you’re in a downward dip, you’ll be called upon to use your tools to rebalance your frequency.
To do this, you’ll perform whatever processes that work for you (meditation, exercise, mantras, burning candles, whatever). These are all great ways to help change your aim back into higher perception.
The other day I was in such a dip, where nothing, nothing, nothing! was going right from my point of view. I was wallowing in self-pity for sure, and to add to that, I had to do a load of laundry. In my apartment building, there are 22 people using one washer and dryer, and so there could be some competition for use of the machines.
Yet in my years here, I’ve never experienced said competition when I take my load of laundry downstairs to wash. But there COULD be! And so, my irrational laundry fears dipped me even lower than I already was.
After showering, I threw on the first thing I found in the closet. After all, I’m only going to fight someone for a washing machine, so who cares, right? I threw on a denim shift (aka a sleeveless dress with zero curves) that lay front and center in my closet; but is rarely worn. It’s got no waistline, and I look like a fish wife in it. “I’m just doing laundry,” I told myself, and so I threw it over my head and headed downstairs with my laundry basket.
As usual, there was no one else in the laundry room, and I put my clothes in for the load. Relief! I’m only doing one load, so I’m in the clear.
Yet I didn’t feel any better when I got back upstairs. “You’re clearing,” I said to myself. And when I looked in the mirror, there was a sallow me, in an ugly denim shift, reflecting back the image of a woman in clearing. Healing, yet again. Still in the dumps, AND in an unflattering dress. I tried all of my most potent tools to raise myself back up to “normal,” but still I remained in the emotional cellar.
Baby goat pictures…failed. The kitten cam. Nope. But the suffragette in the denim shift was not giving up. “I’ll tough this out.”
As I folded the warm towels, my mind wandered a bit towards appreciation of the fact that I have a washing machine at all.
“Lose the dress!”
The voice of my female Bengali guide in my right ear. She is the only one that gets through when I’m in a thick fog of pity, by literally shouting in my ear. And even then, she had to wait until I focused on something even slightly better than the sallow fishwife persona I’d been embodying all day.
Could a dress actually contribute to a frequency dip?
Of course. The dress is a choice I made, although I’m not sure why, and everything’s made of energy. It’s in my field, and energy exchange occurs with everything in your field.
Things you see, things you eat, things you wear.
Now this dress could make the next person who puts it on feel like a queen. That’s the beauty of energy. Different signatures, different results from the combination. For me? Over the head that thing went, replaced with an outfit that I felt great wearing. And my frequency shot right back up, because I liked what I saw in the mirror. More representative of the true Me.
So if there is something that you don’t prefer, then send it along, whether that be a person, a dress, or anything else in your life. You always have the choice to surround yourself with things that uplift you.
The dress is in the laundry now, ready to be washed next time I go downstairs to not fight for the washing machine. And after that? Into the donation pile to find its queen.
When I was a little girl, a gentle being with large eyes told me that I would never be without a spider.
This statement didn’t fit in anywhere until early adulthood, after I’d had a few changes of residence under my belt. The being was right; everywhere I live, a spider sets up shop in my kitchen. They are usually black widows, which wield the fiercest symbolism among all of the fearsome options in the spider kingdom.
My current kitchen spider has been with me for two years. She lives beneath the floor lamp that lights my artistic workspace, and after all this time, we’ve come to know each other well.
Why do spiders show up?
Bugs have historically been a source of terror for humans. Scapegoats, in my opinion, along with the snakes…they’ve been given a bad rap. Think about it: When was the last time one lunged out of the corner to attack you?
Yet those who view the world as a dangerous place will be the first to squash them when they appear in spaces that we call “our own.”
Any sense of invasion is a fallacy, of course; for if a spider shows up in your environment, it is just as valid a part of your creation as the lamp it lives beneath. You may love it or hate it, or something in between, but it’s you who put it there.
How does squashing the things that you fear work for you?
Everything you see, hear, feel and experience is a part of you. If you have labeled something as “Just a…. (anything),” then you have concluded that your existence is more valuable than someone else’s.
Expect this to come back to you.
So before you pull out the shoe, observe the spider from another level.
Bend down and look at it. It’s safe…most of them don’t jump…(wink).
Ask yourself some questions:
Why is it there? What do spiders represent for me? How do I feel about them being in my space?
Such reflections will become standard for you as you awaken, for you’ll want to consciously apply your lessons to multiple levels. You’ll be addressing the creepiness enforced by social conditioning/Hollywood movies (physical level); exploring appropriate symbolism specific to you (emotional level); and taking responsibility for what shows up in your life (creational level).
Here are some common spiritual themes that may invoke a spider in your world:
The value of life in all forms. Does it deserve to live?
The right to live in a specific space. Is it impinging on my territory?
Victimhood. Is it out to kill me?
Powerlessness. What if it bites me while I’m sleeping?
My guides call the spiders “Veterans.” After all, they lose everything each time the cleaning lady makes a good sweep (which apparently mine doesn’t), and they immediately set up home again when the coast is clear. A representation of your own inherent qualities, if you choose to activate them.
Establishing a relationship with your kitchen spider
Consider how our indigenous cultures live in unison with the nature around them. Earth offers many examples of such symbiotic relationships. If they can do it, then we all can do it.
…and realize that you may come to like the little bugger. What once was an irrational fear turns to curiosity, and then to fondness, and then to its own kind of love.
Even if spiders still scare you, adopting a “you don’t bother me, and I won’t bother you” attitude will yield some very positive results. See what happens when you do this. If you have children, introduce them to the spider, and discuss it with a sense of wonder rather than fear. The animal kingdom is quite receptive to a welcome environment, and respect is returned in kind. If fear for your child’s safety overpowers everything else, then move the spider to a jar for rehoming outside. This demonstrates respect for the well-being of everyone involved, while illuminating your current belief systems along the way. Incidentally, my grown son has a kitchen spider of his own.
Your attention to repairing relationships with “Others That Scare You” sends out a powerful message to the Universe. It shows your dedication to transformation for a more unified co-existence. This intention calls immense power to you, for use in spinning your own Web of Creation…one based in integrity and respect for those who share your world.
“Here’s What Happens When You Channel a Spider” is a digital watercolor I created while connecting with my kitchen spider. Her messages arrive in bold images, colorful, and overlapping. She calls me “pig.”

Your evolutionary path is a series of moments, experienced.
As you heal, the moments get rosier as the things you want start coming your way.
And then, just when things are going well, a wrench in the machine! In comes a tidal wave of destruction—in the form of something that you had always feared would happen, happening.
There it is, staring you in the face. And your whole life must come to a halt to take care of it.
This happened recently when I received an email from my credit card provider: “Your password has been changed.”
But it wasn’t me that changed it. In fact, I hadn’t logged into that account for months. It’s been on my list for a year to log in and update my profile; but I continually ignored my intention and did other things instead.
This propelled me into crisis mode! How many other accounts use that same password? And why am I still using the same password on multiple accounts? And has my email been hacked too? And who ARE these people? And what have they gotten from me?
Here I am, a victim once again. Just when I thought I was over that stuff, something like this happens to show me that I’m not…
…But it really didn’t happen at all.
Once I logged on to check, there was no evidence of a password change request. No activity, no bad guys stealing my identity.“Welcome back, Kimberly! It’s good to see you again.” The activity log was squeaky clean.
Yet I have an email right here, telling me it was changed! So which is the correct reality? Which information should I believe?
The Universe has a purpose for such things. Remember: nothing is random.
You’re given a sneak peak of a parallel timeline—one that is a result of different choices—and you get to experience it as if it’s real.
Now this notion isn’t new;Ebenezer Scrooge had a wild ride one Christmas Eve, if you recall. He learned a lot about himself over those few hours of flying around London, and when he woke up from his apparent dream, he was a changed man.
He was given the opportunity, through foreshadowing of some pretty gnarly outcomes, to course-correct his waking life. You do this too, and often.
Your thoughts form your reality. This includes unconscious thoughts, as well as conscious ones.
Any area in which blocked energy remains, will resurface in the form of an event for you to process.
Since humans reside mostly in the physical and are taught to validate occurrences with our physical senses, we consider what we see with our eyes as undeniable truth.
A bleedthrough is a collision with a parallel timeline; one on which those involved made different choices, leading to different outcomes. It is truth, but it might not be one you’d like to experience; you’re given the opportunity to try it on for size. The corporeal mind and body will react to a bleedthrough exactly as if it were occurring in your conscious reality.
But why? And who is doing this to you?
You are. But you have good intentions in doing so, and it’s because there is something that needs healing in you; so you present yourself with an event formed by another set of choices. You’re testing yourself to see how far you’ve come.
Here, in the case of my unauthorized password change, I got to process feelings of powerlessness (someone is out to get me), procrastination (this wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t put off updating my password), and guilt for being less than excellent in all areas.
The trick is to know which events are on your current timeline, and which are collisions from another timeline. They can look exactly the same unless you review the details.
Take a hard look at the event. I mean Head On:
Look at the people, objects, and nature of the event very carefully. In them, you will find indications that you’re seeing an experience from another timeline.People may look slightly different, such as wearing different clothes than they normally would. Something will feel, well,OFF. Use your gut’s analysis of the situation.
Is this event related to something you’ve been worried about? A fear in the back of your mind, festering there? If so, chances are you’ve got a bleedthrough.
Feel the emotions that this event triggers. This is important in either case.
If you’ve determined that this event is not on your current timeline, that doesn’t mean you can ignore it.By doing that, you’ll be setting yourself up for a more cataclysmic event down the road. The objective here is to process the emotions that arose from the event, and to get that blocked energy cleared away. On the other side of the coin, if you continue to consistently focus on the disastrous event as your reality, then off you go, diverted by the bleedthrough onto a new path.
But I’m guessing that you want things to work out OK; so if that’s your aim, then process the emotions and switch your focus to the most joy-filled timeline you can imagine.
At the least, acknowledge that you experienced an idea that wasn’t in line with your desires. You sent yourself a test; you then self-evaluated the results, AND you cleared out blocked energy as well. This is progress! The event then loses its volatility, and can be safely stored in your consciousness as a neutral experience.
There’s one more thing, and it’s crucial:
Never speak of the event, to yourself, or to anyone, again. This is how any idea is removed from your current timeline.
By filing away the occurrence with neutrality, and never referring to it again, it becomes merely one of an infinite number of possibilities available to you. You’ve tasted it, it was yucky, and so you put it back. Consider possibilities that will taste better, and focus on those.
As you continue to make conscious choices about where you focus your attention, such tests will no longer be needed.
Bleedthroughs can be positive experiences too.
If a sudden opportunity presents itself to you that seems too good to be true, then take note. You’re testing yourself on your ability to accept good things. Can you handle these gifts, or will you fall back into old ways and believe that all aspects of life can’t be exactly as you want them to be?
Are there areas of your life where you are experiencing bleedthroughs, believing that they are your current timeline?
Check out all the details; feel the experience in your gut, and take action where called to do so. For me? All it took was one email collision to finally get me to change my password and cross it off that list.
This path can be as bumpy, or as smooth, as you choose. It’s your ride! So if you’re just starting out on this journey, here are a few things I’d like you to know, because I chose the bumpy path and you need not do the same! There wasn’t anyone around back then to tell me these things, and if they had…well I would have thrown my hands in the air and squeed with joy around every corner on this roller coaster of life.
Here are the things I wish I’d known when the whole thing started:
1. You need not be in a state of perpetual healing.
Much like a scale out of balance, as you apply love in place of trauma, equilibrium takes over. There will come a time when you will say, “I am healed,” and you will leave it behind. This includes the idea that you need to heal the Earth Collective of every evil that ever existed, throughout history. As you balance yourself, you become a powerful healer wherever you go, with no action required.
2. Crying means you’re getting better, not worse.
Any culture that tells you that crying is weak has been lying to you. Crying is an immediate release of resistance, as well as an initiator of rebalancing chemicals that heal your physical body. The process is meant to cleanse you, and it is not a sign that something is wrong with you. Let those tears flow whenever and wherever you are.
3. All physical pain has an emotional cause.
Your body is not solid. Humans simply believe that it is, and as such, they search for solid cures to their imbalances. Although medical intervention serves its purpose during the stage where we believe in external cures, you can discover your own internal healing process for any imbalance.*
Oh, and those unexpected 12 hour sleep sessions you find yourself partaking in? They are not depression; you are healing on many levels while you are out for the count.
4. Music has a profound affect on your vibration.
The music that you listen to will indicate your current world view. Note how a song makes you feel, and if it agitates you, then choose something else. You are made of sound. And just like an orchestra in which many instruments contribute to the aria, any sound you hear will blend with you and affect your energy. Consciously choose which sounds you allow in.
5. Daydreaming is the process of creating LIFE, and is not an escape.
We are told to get out of “fantasyland” and get back to reality. This is a lie. The creational process is enacted through you using your imagination. So rather than feeling guilty about those daydreaming episodes, remember that this is the process of creation, and it is a most valuable use of your time. The true escape is to fill your head with other people’s ideas rather than nurturing your own. Social media understands the value of your attention, and uses it like currency. Social media, television and movies may leave your life, as your imagination becomes so vivid that you no longer need anyone else’s input to fill your day.
6. Loving nature plays a huge part in the process. Buy a plant!
Part of humanity’s imbalance is its relationship with Earth, which is the ultimate Martha Stewart of hostesses. You have a whole planet to play on! It is important to establish a relationship with Earth in any way you can. Yes, that means getting out in nature and reveling at the beauty of it. If you live in a city, buy a plant and learn to care for it as if it were your child. Not only will it thrive in your care, but it will heal humanity’s damaged relationship and bring us all back into balance. Note that if you are interested in honing your supernatural abilities, focusing on rebalancing yourself with nature is the most efficient way to do this. For me, it has rejuvenated my abilities as a rainmaker, a deathwalker, and other long-dormant shamanic skills. You have them too!
7. Tying up loose ends is required.Debts, relationships, promises.
If there is something nagging you in the back of your mind, pay attention or it before it gets humongous. Bills you keep forgetting to pay, people you keep forgetting to thank, even an oil change you’ve been putting off. Get them done and have as much appreciation for the situation as possible. This is you, bringing yourself back into balance. Even paying an extra $5 on a debt sends the Universe a sign that you’re working on rebalancing things. You will receive help, I promise, and in very imaginative ways. Integrity is paramount in the awakening process.
8. You are never alone.
Everyone goes through a period of relative isolation. You may lose all of your friends as your frequency rises and theirs doesn’t (but don’t get the ego involved, as there could be those who have vibrated right past YOU!). Yet as you learn to love yourself more, your perspective will also change about who Others really ARE. You will discover that there are tons of beings that exist outside of your line of visual sight. It’s a gradual progression of acceptance, in which you concede that you don’t know everything there is to know. And yes, those things flying around the room that you try to explain away…they really are other souls sharing the space with you. And if you’re wondering if someone you’re thinking about is connecting with you, the answer is yes. The process of your thinking about a person affects them, no matter how far the distance. We are all connected, all the time. There are no exceptions. You might just forget that once in a while.
9. No one is out to get you.
Read my words: There is no such thing as evil. There is only your belief in evil. Once you stop believing in evil, it disappears from your life. This includes pandemic viruses spread among the population by shadow governments; oligarchies by oppressive Reptilians, bullies, and alien abductions. All of these occurrences are merely symbols—that you have created—to help you work through your fear of loving others, and ultimately, yourself. Your Higher Self is on your side and wants to see you, and everybody else, WIN.
10. You really can have everything you want.
It CAN all work out just the way you want it. No one has to lose for another person to win. You have full imaginative capacity to dream of a world in which you get exactly what you want, and so does everyone else. This is the most profound piece of knowledge that I wish I’d had. Everyone can win. The outcome of your dreams depends ENTIRELY on your beliefs of whether or not something can happen.
11. Your environment is an extension of you.
Your physical environment, which encompasses everything that you can see, hear, taste, walk around in, and explore, is an extension of you. If you imagine yourself in the middle of a bubble, you take your environment with you wherever you go. All of what experience OUT THERE is really an extension of what you believe in HERE. Every bit of stimuli that you receive from your surroundings, from a dog barking to a crowd of angry people, is placed there for you, by you, as an indicator of what you’re thinking. The sooner you start considering your personal bubble as part of you, the faster you will gather information about your inner workings and rebalance yourself. That’s when you will start seeing those dreams appear in the physical.
12. Everything is a symbol.
A multidimensional life—one in which you are living both in your mind and in a physical environment—uses many languages. Words are cool, but symbols tell volumes. Learn to ask yourself what a rash of repeated bird images means to you. Repeating numbers, even repeating situations, are all symbols of something much deeper. Even time is a symbol, and really doesn’t exist. If this baffles you right now, try reading some poetry to get yourself accustomed to how symbols are embedded in everything.
13. Being gets you further than doing.
Our society tells us that in order to reach a goal, we must perform a physical action: “No pain no gain! Just do it!” Our culture advises us to create lists, and no matter how painful it is, check something off each day; if you don’t, you’re a failure. This is social engineering, otherwise known as a lie. Any action that isn’t performed in joy does little to move you forward; you are essentially spinning your own wheels. Part of your re-establishing a connection with the Higher Self entails listening to it; check your gut and how it feels about doing anything. More often than you think, just sitting and doing nothing will propel you into a creative state where you find solutions without needing physical effort to accomplish them.
I hope that these tips will assist you on your path. Since there is no one single reality, you are free to agree or disagree with them as you awaken. You are the creator of your life, and you get to choose! Anything that doesn’t feel right in the gut—throw it out! Feel for what does resonate, and follow that. This is integration at its best.
It is my highest desire to see you win. I certainly am! Love to you.
It’s happened to us all at least once. You leave something on the dresser, and when you come back to look for it, it’s nowhere to be found.
You may search frantically, and finally when you give up and call it lost…there it is, sitting right on the dresser just where you left it.
Oh, the confusion! Why does it have to be so hard to be human? Why do these things happen? Why mess with our minds like that?
Remember, everything you experience on Earth has an inherent lesson. And we’re talking about lessons on all levels of creation, ranging from the physical you, to your Higher Self, and beyond.Yes, even your Higher Selves are learning lessons.
Let’s run through a scenario that I experienced a few weeks ago.It began with a pair of lost earrings, which I kept in a small plastic bag.A year ago, I’d gone on a frantic search for them, for I’d finally had something to wear them with. They’d gone years in that tiny plastic bag, passed over for other jewelry that I liked better. And when I finally needed them…they were nowhere to be found.
I moved across town, and the lost earrings fell away from my attention.Fast forward two years, and one Sunday morning as I passed my open bedroom door, I noticed something on the carpet just outside of my slightly ajar closet door. The small plastic bag containing my earrings.
The mind charged full on, up that first hill of the roller coaster.Up, up, WTF, how?
As humans we must find an immediate explanation for everything. We are logical creatures! It is only right that we know the truth!
We’ll access all the files of our belief systems, in a frantic search for an explanation that correlates with our current world view. And yet there will be some that we just can’t file neatly away with simple answers.
Such experiences encourage introspection. So let’s take a look at three levels of awareness and see what we can learn from our disappearing item.
First we ask ourselves a question:
Why are these earrings, that have been missing for years, suddenly here on the bedroom floor?
Note that the question begins with “why” rather than “how.”We want to form the question to include symbolic explanations as well as physical ones. By using “why” you are asking the question to a level of Self that has access to a broader perspective than the Self standing there with a plastic bag and a dumbfounded look.
Now, hang out for a sec, with the item in your hand.It has energy, and you are reading it.
Answers will most likely start on the 3D physical level. This is to reduce fear while in the “freak-out” stage, which is when a physical explanation is required to calm your anxiety.
“Blame it on the cat.She must have found them stuffed for safe keeping in one of my seldom-worn shoes, and turned them into a toy to bat around. She bores quickly, so they weren’t too far from the closet.”
Explanations in physical terms are a fail-safe; they provide you with an answer that will settle your mind. This may be as far as you’re currently willing to go with this experience, and you could go on with your day. You’ll have your explanation that fits into your world view, and your sense of reality is restored.
But do your best to experience the full roller coaster ride. Let yourself whiz down that first hill and see what arises.
The next level is what I call 4D.This is the intuitive part of you.
The one that senses things, and feels things even though you can’t explain them. It’s the part of you that concedes that there are forms of life that you can’t see, but you can still experience.
“Oh, thank goodness! I have guardian angels helping me along. They returned my lost earrings!”
Here, you’ve confirmed your beliefs that things happen in realms outside of your physical one. You’re being watched over. At this level, you will work on any lingering beliefs about demonic possession, people observing you without your permission, and personal safety.
Let’s go higher, and see what your 5D self is wanting you to see.
At the 5D level you are exploring symbolism.
“What do my missing earrings symbolize?”
All of the belongings surrounding us have energy. And while they are in our environment, we are responsible for that energy. Is there someone who would use that item every day?I bet there is; and by hoarding things we withhold those gifts from a fellow human.
They are also symbols of my ability to attract things into my life.Everything vibrates at a particular frequency. And for years, this item was outside of my frequency. What is the difference between the Me that couldn’t see this item, and the Me that can?
How does it make you feel that you’ve withheld this energy? Guilty? Sad? Unevolved? Here are more areas to explore.
You can expand our perspective even higher, if you get quiet and allow it.
But don’t fall into the “I’m getting nowhere” trap if you can’t raise your perception higher than 5D.You’ll get flashes of it now and then, which will make higher levels of awareness easier upon your next conscious attempt. Here’s a hint:You’re controlling all of it.
I’ve listed some areas below to help you explore this phenomenon according to your chosen level of consciousness.Hopefully the questions will guide you inside to find the reasoning behind your lost item.
And, that lost item!I guarantee that no matter what it is that you lost and recovered, you will look at it differently forever more. It’s intended that way; to remind you that there is indeed magic everywhere you look—and also where you don’t look. And that magic is YOU.
Areas to explore if you have experienced the return of a lost item:
Lessons on the 3D level:
Must you always have a physical explanation for any occurrence? Why?
Do you believe that there is only one answer for any occurrence? Who told you that?
What happens if you can’t find an explanation for this occurrence?
Lessons on the 4D level:
Can I concede that I can’t explain this occurrence just yet?
Do Others have power over me?
Do Others have powers that I don’t have? (St. Anthony, or Archangel Chamuel, for example?)
Can they see more than I can see?
Who are these Others? Are they mirrors of me?
Lessons on the 5D level:
Is this an item you love? If not, why is it here?
How long was this item gone before you missed it? Are you rightfully managing this energy (including time)?
What is the disparity of frequency between the You that could see them and the You that couldn’t?
What is the energy of the missing item?Sad?Nostalgic?
Does it represent a period in your life needing release?
Does it remind you of something you need to get done?
Remember: when you love your props, more props show up.
