It’s clear that something has gone terribly wrong with men striving to be Man Enough.
We see evidence of this everywhere, and it begs the question: What can men do about it?
This article offers men a blueprint for cleansing themselves from the pressures of toxic masculinity and forging a path to self-actualization.
Choose Your Social Circle
One noteworthy step in my spiritual progression occurred when I decided to clean out my social closet. This was prompted by one simple piece of advice that came from a fellow man I met online. To paraphrase his main point:
“When you don’t want to take part in a social norm, the greatest and only power you have is to walk away. And if you’re afraid of being alone, you don’t even have that.”
When he said this, I suddenly realized how much power could be gained from overcoming my fear of being cut off or isolated from others.
From that moment on, I raised the bar for the kind of people I wanted to surround myself with, favoring inspiring books over fake friends. You can do the same.
Stop Being a Hero
As men, we desire a sense of certainty about how we understand the world and choose to navigate through it. The cliché of men not wanting to ask for directions comes from our instinct to lead others.
Programmed to view the role of “follower” as emasculating, we all grab frantically at the helm of humanity, failing to synchronize with each other or our female counterparts.
We do this because making a change and taking directions from others means admitting that we don’t have all the answers and need others to help us find our way. It also means forgiving ourselves for being imperfect.
If we truly want to be of service, we need to start by giving ourselves some slack and listening to others.
If you want to make a lasting change, it’s important that you don’t just leave this article without setting an intention. Start your transformation by putting pen to paper, writing down your own takeaways from the following points:
If you feel like people in your social circle are negative and putting pressure on you to conform, start letting them go. Letting go of them is how you will begin to let go of who you think you are.
Recognize that it’s perfectly acceptable not to know who you are or who you want to be. Not knowing is a state of emptiness that empowers you with the receptive capacity to discover and choose who you want to be.
Find your heroes and follow them. These are people you aspire to emulate and connect with. It doesn’t matter if you connect directly with them. What matters is that you listen to them. By doing this, you’re forging a relationship with those heroes and using their example as a model to live by.
You change realities every time you make a new choice.
Little choices, and big choices. All choices.
With each decision you make, you transform into a completely new person; and you move to another version of Earth that supports the revised “You.” Maybe you faced a fear, or got rid of an annoying habit. Maybe you withheld judgment when you normally would have cast dagger eyes at another’s behavior.
Despite your being on a new version of Earth, it might not look all that different to you, at first glance. With your new attitude and all, you’ll expect more of the things you desire to start showing up in your physical world…and quickly. You have made a big change!
But instead, you could see the same old things you’ve been seeing, and it’s easy to conclude that the Law of Attraction only works some of the time. Or for everyone except for you. Or…never…if you sink down to the emotional basement and wallow.
So why do indications of the old “You” still show up even though you’ve made changes?
Let’s take an imaginary walk through a forest, along a nice flat path. You are enjoying the nature around you, maybe touching a tree here and there, surrounded by chirping birds. You’re in appreciation and it’s a good place.
Walk a little further, and you see something up ahead. It’s dull and metal, an eyesore. As you walk closer, you see it’s an empty soda can, thrown in the foliage alongside your serene path.
Maybe your tranquility comes to a halt, and your mind turns to thoughts that are not so positive. “Who would do that?” “Why would someone be so careless as to leave this here?” “Humans are hopeless.”
I’ve been there, and I know how good vibes can come to a halt when faced with something we find incomprehensible.
Yet nothing in your purview is random. Even evidence of behavior you don’t exhibit.
You may not be a person that throws cans on the ground. Yet I’m guessing that sometime, somewhere, you threw something on the ground and didn’t care to pick it up. If you can honestly say you have never done this (put a “Saint” in front of your name), then I can guarantee that you know someone who has. It has been a part of your reality at some point in time.
The appearance of an object like this, which I call fallout, is a glimpse of another’s reality. Since we’re all connected and sharing a collective landscape, we “bump up against each other” every once in a while due to previous associations. It’s leftover evidence of a previous version of “You.”
You’re seeing that can there, to gauge how you’ll respond to seeing it.
So, you have choices:
To remember your can-throwing days, and concede that people change if they want to. You did!
To judge the can-thrower as an un-evolved troglodyte.
To observe your feelings about the event with neutrality.
Neutrality is, of course, the least resistant path. And how you respond to this event is what determines which reality you will choose next. A compassionate or neutral choice, and you’ll aim yourself towards a timeline in which you’ll see fewer and fewer indications of such past versions of “You.”
If there’s outrage, then you’ve shown the Universe that you choose to continue taking part in that reality and “more cans will you see,” in Yoda terms.
When a storm ends, it takes a while for the dust to settle.
In the meantime, you’ll see such things so you can confirm that they are not what you prefer anymore. By continuing to focus on what you do want to experience (tree touching, birds singing), then the fallout will stop appearing as you build momentum towards the more preferred reality.
There are a whole lot of versions of “You” out there. So when something you’re “finished with” reappears, remember that there are others still partaking in a reality you’ve experienced. Even though you left that timeline, it still continues on—in both directions—without you. It’s your choice whether or not you opt to go back and visit.
This path can be as bumpy, or as smooth, as you choose. It’s your ride! So if you’re just starting out on this journey, here are a few things I’d like you to know, because I chose the bumpy path and you need not do the same! There wasn’t anyone around back then to tell me these things, and if they had…well I would have thrown my hands in the air and squeed with joy around every corner on this roller coaster of life.
Here are the things I wish I’d known when the whole thing started:
1. You need not be in a state of perpetual healing.
Much like a scale out of balance, as you apply love in place of trauma, equilibrium takes over. There will come a time when you will say, “I am healed,” and you will leave it behind. This includes the idea that you need to heal the Earth Collective of every evil that ever existed, throughout history. As you balance yourself, you become a powerful healer wherever you go, with no action required.
2. Crying means you’re getting better, not worse.
Any culture that tells you that crying is weak has been lying to you. Crying is an immediate release of resistance, as well as an initiator of rebalancing chemicals that heal your physical body. The process is meant to cleanse you, and it is not a sign that something is wrong with you. Let those tears flow whenever and wherever you are.
3. All physical pain has an emotional cause.
Your body is not solid. Humans simply believe that it is, and as such, they search for solid cures to their imbalances. Although medical intervention serves its purpose during the stage where we believe in external cures, you can discover your own internal healing process for any imbalance.*
Oh, and those unexpected 12 hour sleep sessions you find yourself partaking in? They are not depression; you are healing on many levels while you are out for the count.
4. Music has a profound affect on your vibration.
The music that you listen to will indicate your current world view. Note how a song makes you feel, and if it agitates you, then choose something else. You are made of sound. And just like an orchestra in which many instruments contribute to the aria, any sound you hear will blend with you and affect your energy. Consciously choose which sounds you allow in.
5. Daydreaming is the process of creating LIFE, and is not an escape.
We are told to get out of “fantasyland” and get back to reality. This is a lie. The creational process is enacted through you using your imagination. So rather than feeling guilty about those daydreaming episodes, remember that this is the process of creation, and it is a most valuable use of your time. The true escape is to fill your head with other people’s ideas rather than nurturing your own. Social media understands the value of your attention, and uses it like currency. Social media, television and movies may leave your life, as your imagination becomes so vivid that you no longer need anyone else’s input to fill your day.
6. Loving nature plays a huge part in the process. Buy a plant!
Part of humanity’s imbalance is its relationship with Earth, which is the ultimate Martha Stewart of hostesses. You have a whole planet to play on! It is important to establish a relationship with Earth in any way you can. Yes, that means getting out in nature and reveling at the beauty of it. If you live in a city, buy a plant and learn to care for it as if it were your child. Not only will it thrive in your care, but it will heal humanity’s damaged relationship and bring us all back into balance. Note that if you are interested in honing your supernatural abilities, focusing on rebalancing yourself with nature is the most efficient way to do this. For me, it has rejuvenated my abilities as a rainmaker, a deathwalker, and other long-dormant shamanic skills. You have them too!
7. Tying up loose ends is required.Debts, relationships, promises.
If there is something nagging you in the back of your mind, pay attention or it before it gets humongous. Bills you keep forgetting to pay, people you keep forgetting to thank, even an oil change you’ve been putting off. Get them done and have as much appreciation for the situation as possible. This is you, bringing yourself back into balance. Even paying an extra $5 on a debt sends the Universe a sign that you’re working on rebalancing things. You will receive help, I promise, and in very imaginative ways. Integrity is paramount in the awakening process.
8. You are never alone.
Everyone goes through a period of relative isolation. You may lose all of your friends as your frequency rises and theirs doesn’t (but don’t get the ego involved, as there could be those who have vibrated right past YOU!). Yet as you learn to love yourself more, your perspective will also change about who Others really ARE. You will discover that there are tons of beings that exist outside of your line of visual sight. It’s a gradual progression of acceptance, in which you concede that you don’t know everything there is to know. And yes, those things flying around the room that you try to explain away…they really are other souls sharing the space with you. And if you’re wondering if someone you’re thinking about is connecting with you, the answer is yes. The process of your thinking about a person affects them, no matter how far the distance. We are all connected, all the time. There are no exceptions. You might just forget that once in a while.
9. No one is out to get you.
Read my words: There is no such thing as evil. There is only your belief in evil. Once you stop believing in evil, it disappears from your life. This includes pandemic viruses spread among the population by shadow governments; oligarchies by oppressive Reptilians, bullies, and alien abductions. All of these occurrences are merely symbols—that you have created—to help you work through your fear of loving others, and ultimately, yourself. Your Higher Self is on your side and wants to see you, and everybody else, WIN.
10. You really can have everything you want.
It CAN all work out just the way you want it. No one has to lose for another person to win. You have full imaginative capacity to dream of a world in which you get exactly what you want, and so does everyone else. This is the most profound piece of knowledge that I wish I’d had. Everyone can win. The outcome of your dreams depends ENTIRELY on your beliefs of whether or not something can happen.
11. Your environment is an extension of you.
Your physical environment, which encompasses everything that you can see, hear, taste, walk around in, and explore, is an extension of you. If you imagine yourself in the middle of a bubble, you take your environment with you wherever you go. All of what experience OUT THERE is really an extension of what you believe in HERE. Every bit of stimuli that you receive from your surroundings, from a dog barking to a crowd of angry people, is placed there for you, by you, as an indicator of what you’re thinking. The sooner you start considering your personal bubble as part of you, the faster you will gather information about your inner workings and rebalance yourself. That’s when you will start seeing those dreams appear in the physical.
12. Everything is a symbol.
A multidimensional life—one in which you are living both in your mind and in a physical environment—uses many languages. Words are cool, but symbols tell volumes. Learn to ask yourself what a rash of repeated bird images means to you. Repeating numbers, even repeating situations, are all symbols of something much deeper. Even time is a symbol, and really doesn’t exist. If this baffles you right now, try reading some poetry to get yourself accustomed to how symbols are embedded in everything.
13. Being gets you further than doing.
Our society tells us that in order to reach a goal, we must perform a physical action: “No pain no gain! Just do it!” Our culture advises us to create lists, and no matter how painful it is, check something off each day; if you don’t, you’re a failure. This is social engineering, otherwise known as a lie. Any action that isn’t performed in joy does little to move you forward; you are essentially spinning your own wheels. Part of your re-establishing a connection with the Higher Self entails listening to it; check your gut and how it feels about doing anything. More often than you think, just sitting and doing nothing will propel you into a creative state where you find solutions without needing physical effort to accomplish them.
I hope that these tips will assist you on your path. Since there is no one single reality, you are free to agree or disagree with them as you awaken. You are the creator of your life, and you get to choose! Anything that doesn’t feel right in the gut—throw it out! Feel for what does resonate, and follow that. This is integration at its best.
It is my highest desire to see you win. I certainly am! Love to you.
How did you feel the last time you walked into a party populated with strangers?
A little bit of social anxiety? Vulnerability? Outright terror?Did you walk in and awkwardly get yourself the fastest-working alcohol available?Been there.
Then, I bet, you started to look for someone you know in the crowd. It’s navigation time, so off you go, drink in hand, in search for someone that brings you comfort in a sea of scary strangers.
Oh no! You’ve searched the entire crowd, and your friends are not here yet.Fiddling with your phone and checking for texts would certainly come next.Plus, it makes you look busy.
But that only lasts for so long. You realize that you are going to have to interact with someone, eventually.
“Oh, I don’t want to talk to him, he looks clingy.”
“OMG, what is up with her hair?”
“I’m not sitting next to that guy, hell no. Has he been wearing that jacket since the 80’s?”
For most of us, it’s automatic to search out the threats in a crowd, and to do our best to avoid them. And yes, even an outdated jacket can be considered a threat.I mean, what would you talk about?
“Obviously he and I have nothing in common.”
Are you sure?
I will bet that your initial judgment about him is largely based on historical programming; judgments made by beliefs planted in you by television, movies or well-meaning parents, rather than from previous direct experience.
Here is the truth:
You are divine. All others are divine.
Is that concept a big jump for you?And what does divine really mean?
You are a drop from a giant creative, omnipotent Lake—and you have all of the powers of that Lake, with NO limitations.
You have incarnated here to experience physicality, to grow, and to remember this truth.
Those fellow partygoers are also drops from this Lake, having a human experience, just as you are.You are all equal drops, and you all have the same goal here. Even the guy in the Members Only jacket with ten buckles.
Why not see others as friends?
If they are sharing your party, then they have chosen to be there on not only the physical level, but on higher levels as well. You are there to serve each other, through your mutual interactions.Remember, you get back what you send out.
So the next time you go to a party, remind yourself of your common goals before you enter the room.Don’t expect that everyone remembers these goals just yet, just as you forget from time to time.It needn’t stop you from treating them as if they do remember.
This is how you recognize the divinity in another, and this is how you create that ideal life you’ve been dreaming of. You’ll be creating from a higher level, one that is not hindered by judgments and false beliefs about reality.
Others call this the Mandela Effect, and great debates occur when opposing sides believe that their interpretation is the only truth. The truth is that BOTH are true…it’s WE who are doing the changing, from one current truth to another via our own personal perspective.
If you’re like me, you file a tax extension every year, because April just comes too quickly after the holidays.
And since I’ve just done my deferred taxes from the year prior, why on Earth would I want to do them again so soon?
So when the deadline to file my extended taxes started barreling towards me, the dread built up even further at the thought of actually having to do them.
In previous years, my taxes were complicated. There were forms for everything! For business, for investment properties, and for a while, I even had to fill out a “farm form.”Preparation was expensive, and there were a lot of receipts to wrangle.Even getting to the accountant was a monumental task.
But this year, I let all of those obligations go. I was dragging all of it behind me with a chain. So I sold or gave away everything I had, and adopted a life of true freedom.
And I still filed for a tax extension.
If I gave away everything, why would I still dread my taxes? Surely there can’t be too many forms to fill out.
Consider how we predict the outcome of future events based on past ones.Taxes have “always” sucked, and so this year they will suck again. It’s proven itself true for past years, hasn’t it?
And because we tell ourselves things like this, it’s broadcast to the Universe, and that’s exactly what we get back.
Yet there might come a time where you are willing to try something different. The old way hasn’t been working. Is there another option for viewing the process of preparing a tax return?
Of course there is.There are an infinite number of viewpoints surrounding taxes. For accountants, it’s dollar signs. For software companies, it’s market share. For the IRS, well, that depends on who you ask.
So next time you’re ready to dread something, try conceding that there could be another option.Try the statement “Let’s see what happens.”
As ambiguous as that sounds, it’s a great step forward!
You are allowing the larger part of You to steer you this time.It can be scary, trusting yourself like that. But through little increments such as this, you learn that you and your Self are on the same side.
How about telling yourself that things could be different?Try an affirmation, and let’s see what happens:
“OK, this year I will suspend judgment about my taxes.” (…they still suck).
Doh, was that an afterthought, tacked on right after your awesome affirmation?
That’s how the unconscious works. Its aim is to serve you, even if you don’t want its help. But since you’ve repeatedly told yourself that taxes suck, it’s been ingrained in you, and your admonition that “taxes suck” is now a belief.
Beliefs won’t be restructured until you face them head on.
So, let’s try it again, and this time, monitor the thoughts that try to append themselves to your aspiration:
“OK, this year I will suspend judgment about my taxes.” ….
……. for how long can you feel the impact of the first statement, and maintain inner silence afterwards?
You’ll soon start to catch yourself if you append non-serving thoughts to benign statements. It will get easier to make adjustments when they show up.
“OK, this year I will suspend judgment about my taxes.” Period.
So now that you’ve set your intention, you sit down and do your taxes. You’re punching in numbers, and it’s looking pretty OK.You might be surprised at how much easier it was than in previous years, with technology and all.Aside from that, you could be getting a refund when you expected to pay.
(Whether you end up paying, or not paying, both are your responsibility. You might learn some lessons about handling money, and about procrastination.Yet the process of filing your taxes is the same whether you owe or not.)
The purpose here is to bring your attention to how you label something, and how easy it is to accept that label as fact, simply because it’s been reinforced by your beliefs about it, over and over.
Since you are creating your reality through your beliefs, life will show you things that support them. And since you previously believed that doing taxes sucks, it happened like clockwork every year.Until you change that belief about taxes, you will continue to dread the process.By even conceding that PERHAPS you could have a better experience this year, you are allowing new potentials to surface that your tunnel vision would never have allowed before.
Here is how you can change a belief about anything:
Think of a subject, person, or situation
Look at how you label it
Consider that there are other options
Allow an alternate option to present itself
Make a more aligned choice about your subject, person, or situation
Keep thinking it
Restructuring beliefs will be the single most forward-moving action you can take to propel you into a 5D perspective.By rethinking your belief about taxes, you have paved the way for better options to present themselves; and soon, your physical reality will reflect those new beliefs.
So next year, no extension for me. And this year? No “farm” forms, and I got a refund.
So you wake up from a night of sleep with wild fantastic images in your head.Foreign landscapes, red skies, twin moons shining on the horizon.
It was a vivid dream, one you experienced with all of your senses, and it left an impression on you that stayed all day. Perhaps you pondered the relevance of your dream with all your mind’s fury.“I must know the truth about my dream!” Here starts your search for an explanation.
Where was that place?
Was it an imaginary Wonderland invented by a bored human exasperated by a cubicle job?
Was it a distant region of Earth with vastly different terrain?
Or was it a completely different planet in a remote galaxy?
The human in us wants one answer.A clean interpretation. An explanation fully researched, evaluated, and then filed away as “solved.”Humans are taught very early on to categorize things as “real,” and “not real.”
But know this:
While you are living an Earthly incarnation, you start out playing by Earth guidelines. You will inherently accept the root assumptions of the game board: linear time, physical distance, duality, and separation.
You are told that these root assumptions are “real.”Have you ever questioned this?
Also know this: All root assumptions that we were told were “real,” are actually “not real.”
All of them are merely ideas—adopted en masse—to establish some basic rules for the game. And since it seems like everyone else is doing it, it must be right….well then those ideas are eventually accepted as fact.
In fact, they are not fact. They are merely one option, among many, that you could choose to believe. Yes! I’m saying that linear time does not exist; nor does physical distance, nor duality, nor separation.
It’s a bold statement, and very easy to dismiss as fantasy, when there are people out there telling you what is “real” and what is “not real.”
Yet chances are that when you dream, you experience aberrations of these structures all the time. You fly.You fall off of cliffs and get up.Your teeth drop out all over the floor, but when you look in the mirror they are still there. You experience examples of these aberrations every day, but you dismiss them as “not real” because you’ve been told that the dream state is one of fantasy.
Your dreams of foreign landscapes are as much a fantasy as is your weekly trip to Trader Joe’s.
Every occurrence, whether asleep or awake, is an idea your Larger Self is having. And from its perspective, one state is not more “real” than any other.
Let’s apply this to your dream and the burning question you may have had all day:
“Where was that place?”
Now Creator (you!), here is your opportunity to use your inherent power of creation.Rather than searching external sources for evidence of the place you visited, look inside.
You, as a divine portion of Source, have the ability to think any idea. What does this mean for your life?
You can assign any meaning you choose to your dream.
….inevitably, when I say this to people in person, they squirm.
“But there is an answer!Either I’ve got an overactive imagination, or I’m traveling to other planets while I sleep, or I’m supposed to visit Iceland…there’s an answer!”
And I’m here to tell you that you are correct. There is an answer. But that answer can be anything you want it to be.Because not only did the dream originate from You for the purpose of expansion, you are also the person interpreting it.And no matter which interpretation you give your dream, your focus on it will initiate growth and expansion in you.
The squirming occurs because we have been programmed to doubt our own power.
To imagine that we can CHOOSE the meaning of something and make it “real”?How preposterous!
Yet you are the one creating your reality. You do have that much power. You created the dream, and you can give it any relevance you like; from adventurous, to healing, to ominous.
Once you go inside for the answer, your internal compass will lead you to an explanation that feels right for you.It will feel exciting, expansive, maybe even juicy. When you learn to trust yourself, the lines between your dream state and your waking state will blur.It won’t matter what others think is “real” and “not real,” because you realize that you are setting those standards for yourself.
So where did you go, and what did that dream mean?
The Amazon Rainforest is burning at a rapid rate. It could use some rain.
If you would like to help, then I invite you to view this video with a positive attitude. One that wants to see solutions to our problems; rather than one that points fingers or centers around the devastation to the most important family of trees on our planet.
I know that you have a happy memory about rain. Can you feel it now?
The cold drops on your face, or the bird shaking wet wings under a canopy of leaves? Whatever your memory is, experience it again now, with all of your senses recalling their version of the event. How did it smell? Was it loud? Were you soaked?
Reliving this memory will bring you back into that joyous place again. And it will also put you in the right frame of mind to send out requests for a solution; one that serves everybody, including the trees that give you the very air you breathe.
Your positive memories, relived, allow you to be in a state of forward movement to bring about rain where Earth needs it most. This is how we change the world, one person at a time.
As more people around the globe recall their happy memories of rain, we send out the energy that forms the reality around us in a very big, positive way.
This video incorporates 963Hz Solfeggio frequencies, which promote oneness, a sense of belonging, and evolution. This frequency is associated with the crown chakra, and is believed to assist in connecting with the Higher Self. Please be relaxed (not driving!) while you watch, to incorporate the various frequencies included in the video. You may feel tingling, tapping, or tickling near the top of your head. You’re activating!
Why 963Hz? Because it’s similar in frequency to that of heavy rainfall, which can get as high as 1000Hz when it really comes down hard. This is what we’re aiming for. Heavy rainfall.
It will take many drops of rain to make this happen, so your drop counts! Nothing to buy, nothing new to learn. You already know how to do this. Except now, you’ll be creating consciously because you want to see change. It starts from inside you, before it shows up out there.
Will you be a raindrop in the downpour of love for Earth?
I hope so.
Love to you, ~Kimberly
For beautiful downloads using Solfeggio frequencies:
We falsely assume that many of our beliefs are fact.
Each thought, pondered consistently, builds momentum until it solidifies into a virtual stone, that forms a virtual wall, called a belief. This wall acts as a filter for every subsequent thought we have; if a wall is particularly well-built, it can completely dam things up. When no flow can get through, we call it a fact. There’s little chance of getting around that wall.
Now realizing that we create our world based on facts, what if some walls were built with stones that aren’t actually real at all?
Let’s look at a belief held by a large proportion of Western society:
“There is not enough time in the day to get everything done.”
Now, find empirical evidence of this. Show me a textbook with supporting information as to its truth. Direct me to a peer-reviewed study demonstrating indisputable substantiation of this theory in any respected academic journal.
It’s not a fact.
Yet many of us have thought this thought so often, that the belief has become a fact in our individual expressions of life.
Anyone that holds this belief will filter every thought through this wall. Usually, it’s unconscious, but sometimes we are fully aware that we experience it. If you complain about lack of time, or look at your watch with worry, then you are conscious of this belief on some level.
And then what happens? That’s right! Another day in which there was not enough time to get everything done.
If this is you, this is a great thing. You have just uncovered a belief that you may falsely believe is a fact. Now that it’s in the forefront of your mind, you can redesign it if you choose:
Are there are any alternate ways to think about “getting things done,” and of “time?”
Here are a few:
Oh, last Thursday, I got everything done. That was a great day. So there have been days in which everything got done.
I’m still alive, so I must be getting the right things done so far.
Why do I have so much stuff on my list?
Do I really care that most of this stuff gets done at all?
What is time, anyway?
This progression of thoughts started with a concrete example of one time that you DID get everything done; this recognition serves to pull out one large foundational stone from the bottom of your wall. You have just proven to yourself, by way of your own previous action, that the belief can be considered faulty in at least one instance. One instance is all you may need.
As we continue to ponder the concept, thoughts will drill down from concrete examples, to the reasoning behind the belief. By asking increasingly pioneering questions, we pull more stones from the bottom of the wall. And when enough stones are removed from the base of any wall, the whole wall will tumble.
Your pioneering thoughts will become more abstract, allowing more interpretations of what you thought were facts. In our example above, we ended with questioning the meaning of “time.” Exploring what “time” means for you is like examining the composition of the stones that comprise your wall.
Yeah, it gets fuzzy. Logic and reasoning are not always the best tools to destroy such walls. You might use them here and there, but most of the demolition is completed with the questions that make you search inside for answers.
These pioneering thoughts are how you, and the Universe, expand.
You have tools inside of you that are waiting to be used. They are different tools than the ones you were given in school, or in church, or by your well-meaning parents. These tools wait, ready to bring down the walls that have been blocking your path.
No need to use dynamite! No need to make a lot of dust!
Those toppled stones that previously formed your wall can be used in other ways. These are aspects of yourself, contemplated; and you have made a decision about whether you prefer them or not.
You could use them to pave your path instead. Rather than walking INTO them, you might walk ON them. Those you don’t prefer, you lay aside. Perhaps you can make an orderly border with them; a neat reminder of your redesigned inner landscape.
Are you one of those people who are always expecting the worst out of every situation? After all, it didn’t work out last time, so why should it work out this time, right?
Here, Kimberly talks about history, and why it doesn’t matter how things worked out last time. You are a completely new person from the person that experienced a bad situation last time. And there is no need to expect that every situation works out for the worst.
Learn how to allow all probabilities into your field, including the probability that things will work out just fine for you. This is the path of the master creator!
