Closure, Two Ways: (Gentle and Sploady)

Now that you’re finally waking up after a bit of a sleep, you will remember how much fun it is to live a multidimensional reality.

It’s your natural state; one of non-resistance, where there are no doubts about your power as a creator.  You intend it, and it shows up in your physical–and non-physical–environments. In-picture/out-picture, as I say.

It took a forced quarantine for many of us to re-evaluate what’s important in our lives; so now is a great time to decide if you are ready to take control of your creational abilities.  If you are, then you will most likely begin what I call “closure.”

Closure entails cleaning all extraneous obligations from your life.  

Beyond basic physical organization, closure is more like reconciling your energetic bank account:

  • You’ll unsubscribe from almost everything.
  • Probably abort old stale projects.
  • Cancel unused credit cards.
  • Complete long-overdue address changes.
  • You’ll pay off old debts.
  • Tear-inducing photos of old flames might go.
  • You could feel the need to apologize to everyone that you’ve wronged.

Closure entails rebalancing the energy of any situation to the best of your ability, and then moving on.

Here’s how it can work, if you are proactive:

One day, actually VIEW your email inbox, and consider why so many people are trying to sell you things that you don’t want.  You might wonder how you even got connected with them in the first place.  If so, here’s why:  it was a previous version of You who showed interest in those things.

Those communications are aimed at that old You.  Do you want to continue those conversations, or is it time to let them go?

If it doesn’t give you joy to read it–or worse– if it gives you that sinking feeling, then unsubscribe, cancel, or decline….right then and there.

Old blogs, old unused software subscriptions, auto-ships of vitamins that you’re already backed up on for 6-months.  Keeping things around without excitement can hold you back from being the You that you are aiming to be.

 

Now here’s how it can work if you are a procrastinator:

Something is guaranteed to blow up in your face…and now damage control is necessary.

In panic mode, you’ll do whatever you can to get yourself rebalanced; which usually entails cleaning up the fallout from what you were avoiding in the first place.  Address it before it explodes!

Both avenues will get you to closure; but I’m sure that you can see which path is less arduous than the other.

If there’s one piece of advice that I can give you from this point in “time” about the process, it’s that it’s easier to just get it done and out of the way.  You can manage an  “unsubscribe” click in the blink of an eye. Once you start the ball rolling, the Universe will help you along…and the resultant peace of mind will further inspire you to re-evaluate what brings you joy.

 

Remove from your life everything that doesn’t excite the most current version of YOU.

 

You can do this with loud music if you like, or tears if they serve you (for me, it was both.)  This clearance of unnecessary obligations will propel you towards excellence; and after excellence comes freedom… and along with freedom comes fun.

Added bonus:

Not only will you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally lighter,  but chances are that your physical bank account will start to show signs of unexpected abundance.  You might not have even been aware of how much money was leaving your field, until you see fewer debits occur in your bank account.  This is a great step to showing your appreciation for the money that comes to you.  Abundance comes under many guises, including money that’s “found.”

 

Here’s another area for closure that you might not expect:

Get comfortable looking at yourself naked in the mirror.

This is probably one of the most avoided obligations in human existence. Why is it an obligation? 

Your body is the physical representation of your beliefs about yourself. 

If you are currently unable to love yourself naked in the mirror, then there are some self-worth items needing closure as well.  Start with your eyes, as those “windows to the soul” may be the most difficult part to accept about yourself….and move down from there.  You got this.

With further “noise reduction,” you’ll have the energy and time to focus on honing your multidimensional skills.  It’s a great honor to be present in a physical vehicle, on this multidimensional planet that you’re helping to co-create.  Closing out old obligations allows you to go “all in,” and that serves everyone energetically.

Closures give you breathing room; so much so that you will be very conscious about making future commitments.  Put them to the same test:  does it excite the most current version of You?  If not, then say no.  It is your right.

Conscious creation is much more fun when you have time to relax, get quiet, and allow in higher-frequency energies to intermingle with yours.  Now go get naked and say hello to yourself.

Internal Shoot-Out: Unsticking Your Timeline

Feeling stuck on a timeline you don’t want to be on?  Find out why.

This is the first of a series of Shoot-Outs—the rapid firing of questions to the Self–to facilitate recognition of unconscious limiting behavioral patterns which may be keeping you on an undesired timeline.

One day this weekend, sit with your morning beverage and write down some things you habitually do.

Here are some examples:

  • Writing in a journal
  • Exercise
  • Checking social media
  • Watching television
  • Organizing things
  • Shopping

For each element in your routine, fire off the following questions in your head.  Write down the answers! It frees up mind space:

  • Who are you doing it for?
  • Is it bringing you closer to what you want, away from what you want, or nowhere?
  • What do you expect to get from it?
  • What would happen if you didn’t do it?
  • Do you really want to be doing this, or do you feel like you’re supposed to?

And the grand finale:

  • What’s running in the background while you’re doing it?  Is it excitement? Boredom? Desperation?

 

Sit. Feel. Observe.

This pause after asking these questions will bring you to the WHY of what you’re doing.

 

When you get to the WHY, you are at a conscious Point of Choice.

Do you want to keep doing this thing, or do something else? Remember that what served you before, when you were a different person, may not work for you now.  After all, you no longer need to hold your mother’s hand anymore when you cross the street, do you? Some activities don’t reflect the new You that you have become.

Remember, you are a new person every moment, with every choice you make.

By recognizing what you’ve actually been choosing for yourself, and WHY, you can evaluate whether or not these repetitive actions are bringing you closer to what you want, or further away.

You may find yourself getting rid of routines that make no sense. 

This will never feel like sacrifice.  Rather, it will be more of a release…and hopefully with an acknowledgment of thanks for the experience, as fun (or not fun) as it was.

You are a sovereign being, and you get to choose what you think about…and how you interact with anyone or anything.  Your choices form into the physical reality that you see and experience around you.  Why not make all of them conscious ones? You have always had that power.

Happening Now: Your Preferred Polarity is Blossoming

Laughter is greater than fear.

In metaphysics, toroidal fields encompass all of life. In our heart spaces, we are constantly receiving and transmitting energy.

What if our transmissions were operating from an awareness of “everything is going to be okay”? Is that process less valid than potentially transmissible spirals of fear? Is there a higher purpose to both of these mechanisms?

Fear can play the most limiting role in our ascension–it is a primary catalyst for all forms of separation between humans, other species, ecosystems, and our higher selves.

 

Wellness is a state of being…not doing.

Awakening is about remembering who you are. The torus shows the art and science of every influential wave of energy.

Your inner-monologue of polarity offers you a choice NOW–spoken between the metaphysical, spiritual, psychic, physical, mental, and emotional planes of your existence. Consciously, subconsciously, unconsciously, and collectively, we are one totality of expression. Without accepting time and space as facts, and depending on your perspective, the symphony of life could be a monologue, or it could be an improvisational dance of free will.

 

Your choice is in the polarity of this infinite moment.

This breath. Spirit comes from the same root word as respiration. It is the force that carries your soul in and out of physical experiences. BREATHE. Your breath is your birthright. Fear hides in breath, as do many subconscious transmissions; even when your higher self knows there is nothing to be afraid of.

 

What is your choice?

What is the energy–the spirit–the weight you carry by your breath? The energy that you receive (breathe-in) and transmit (breathe-out)… Do you know what a sigh of relief and comfort feels like? Sounds like? Do you know what a breath of derision and anger feels like? Sounds like?

The timelines and feelings you live with are always ready to be transformed; if you are consciously waving your finger under a waterfall, the particles of energy that make up the lake below are co-creations of light and your deliberate transmutations. Tracing back your behaviors and outcomes to these feelings, and these feelings to these thoughts–these thoughts you assigned importance to–brings awareness to your choice of positivity or negativity: love and the wisdom to use it well–or fear and the obedience to follow it.

A well-integrated mind-body-spirit complex, or a human being of light, is crystallized by positively interpreting spirals of energy when interacting with spirits and environments–transmitting that same polarity in all directions. Unity Consciousness is a state of being that does not create realities of separation.

 

You have no enemies; only reflections of yourself and learning opportunities.

 

If you believe this, does your choice of polarity become clearer?

When you understand fear holistically, you recognize that the creativity, love, wisdom, communication, intuition, and spirituality you prefer will not function when our minds, bodies, and spirits are vehicles of automatic negative thoughts and fear-based thinking.

 

Instead of a human doing, you are a human BEING. Be yourself.

Everything else needed will come to you naturally if you’re operating from a belief that you can create anything–a belief of “everything is going to be okay.”

You chose to be here. You can choose to learn from every torus, and from every vesica piscis–when different worlds’ of thought collide, and when people come together to form new systems of living based on common ground. Thank you for being here.

How many of your daily thoughts are fear-based? How many of your thoughts are based on an inner-knowing of “everything is going to be okay”? — or to take it a step further, “everything is okay”?

 

Laugh. It’s measurably greater than fear. Breathe and remember to have fun. Your preferred polarity is blossoming now.

Choose Your Social Circle

One noteworthy step in my spiritual progression occurred when I decided to clean out my social closet. This was prompted by one simple piece of advice that came from a fellow man I met online. To paraphrase his main point:
“When you don’t want to take part in a social norm, the greatest and only power you have is to walk away. And if you’re afraid of being alone, you don’t even have that.”
When he said this, I suddenly realized how much power could be gained from overcoming my fear of being cut off or isolated from others.
From that moment on, I raised the bar for the kind of people I wanted to surround myself with, favoring inspiring books over fake friends. You can do the same.

Stop Being a Hero

As men, we desire a sense of certainty about how we understand the world and choose to navigate through it. The cliché of men not wanting to ask for directions comes from our instinct to lead others.
Programmed to view the role of “follower” as emasculating, we all grab frantically at the helm of humanity, failing to synchronize with each other or our female counterparts.
We do this because making a change and taking directions from others means admitting that we don’t have all the answers and need others to help us find our way. It also means forgiving ourselves for being imperfect.
If we truly want to be of service, we need to start by giving ourselves some slack and listening to others.

Takeaways

If you want to make a lasting change, it’s important that you don’t just leave this article without setting an intention. Start your transformation by putting pen to paper, writing down your own takeaways from the following points:

If you feel like people in your social circle are negative and putting pressure on you to conform, start letting them go. Letting go of them is how you will begin to let go of who you think you are.

Recognize that it’s perfectly acceptable not to know who you are or who you want to be. Not knowing is a state of emptiness that empowers you with the receptive capacity to discover and choose who you want to be.

Find your heroes and follow them. These are people you aspire to emulate and connect with. It doesn’t matter if you connect directly with them. What matters is that you listen to them. By doing this, you’re forging a relationship with those heroes and using their example as a model to live by.

I’m Done With That! So Why is It Still Showing Up?

You change realities every time you make a new choice.

Little choices, and big choices.  All choices.

With each decision you make, you transform into a completely new person; and you move to another version of Earth that supports the revised “You.”  Maybe you faced a fear, or got rid of an annoying habit. Maybe you withheld judgment when you normally would have cast dagger eyes at another’s behavior.

Despite your being on a new version of Earth, it might not look all that different to you, at first glance. With your new attitude and all, you’ll expect more of the things you desire to start showing up in your physical world…and quickly.  You have made a big change!

But instead, you could see the same old things you’ve been seeing, and it’s easy to conclude that the Law of Attraction only works some of the time.  Or for everyone except for you.  Or…never…if you sink down to the emotional basement and wallow.

So why do indications of the old “You” still show up even though you’ve made changes?

Let’s take an imaginary walk through a forest, along a nice flat path.  You are enjoying the nature around you, maybe touching a tree here and there, surrounded by chirping birds.  You’re in appreciation and it’s a good place.

Walk a little further, and you see something up ahead.  It’s dull and metal, an eyesore.  As you walk closer, you see it’s an empty soda can, thrown in the foliage alongside your serene path.

Maybe your tranquility comes to a halt, and your mind turns to thoughts that are not so positive.  “Who would do that?” “Why would someone be so careless as to leave this here?” “Humans are hopeless.”

I’ve been there, and I know how good vibes can come to a halt when faced with something we find incomprehensible.

Yet nothing in your purview is random. Even evidence of behavior you don’t exhibit.

You may not be a person that throws cans on the ground. Yet I’m guessing that sometime, somewhere, you threw something on the ground and didn’t care to pick it up.  If you can honestly say you have never done this (put a “Saint” in front of your name), then I can guarantee that you know someone who has.  It has been a part of your reality at some point in time.

The appearance of an object like this, which I call fallout, is a glimpse of another’s reality.  Since we’re all connected and sharing a collective landscape, we “bump up against each other” every once in a while due to previous associations. It’s leftover evidence of a previous version of “You.”

But why, if we’re no longer choosing that reality?

You’re seeing that can there, to gauge how you’ll respond to seeing it.

So, you have choices:

  • To remember your can-throwing days, and concede that people change if they want to. You did!
  • To judge the can-thrower as an un-evolved troglodyte.
  • To observe your feelings about the event with neutrality.

Neutrality is, of course, the least resistant path.  And how you respond to this event is what determines which reality you will choose next.  A compassionate or neutral choice, and you’ll aim yourself towards a timeline in which you’ll see fewer and fewer indications of such past versions of “You.”

If there’s outrage, then you’ve shown the Universe that you choose to continue taking part in that reality and “more cans will you see,” in Yoda terms.

 

When a storm ends, it takes a while for the dust to settle.

In the meantime, you’ll see such things so you can confirm that they are not what you prefer anymore.  By continuing to focus on what you do want to experience (tree touching, birds singing), then the fallout will stop appearing as you build momentum towards the more preferred reality.

There are a whole lot of versions of “You” out there.  So when something you’re “finished with” reappears, remember that there are others still partaking in a reality you’ve experienced.  Even though you left that timeline, it still continues on—in both directions—without you.  It’s your choice whether or not you opt to go back and visit.

Happening Now: You’re Transmitting to Humanity

Earth is making its move to Fourth Density.  And you, Lightworker, are a vital part of that.

Since COVID-19 has made its appearance and altered the behavior of virtually everyone on Earth, now is a perfect time for many people to evaluate their lives.  We as Lightworkers are tasked to do the same, but we’ve been at this a bit longer than most of the population, so perhaps for you it’s just another day of evolution.

Yet you may have, up until this time, wondered what your individual purpose is on this planet regarding this scenario.  With the onset of the virus (symbolic for connectivity), humanity has created an anchor; an event so significant that it changes virtually everyone on the planet and is recorded as a Primary Event in the annals of time.

Your purpose is multifold. Each of us is working on our individual goals and aspirations, all the while functioning as transducers of energy to the population while we’re accomplishing them.  Every individual contributes to the collective with their individual frequency; once we are conscious of that, we choose our creations knowing that everything we do affects the whole. So during this time, it’s a good idea to create with building blocks based in love.

Your visualizations are important right now.  What you imagine turns into form.  You can choose one of the current probable timelines, or you can imagine your own.  The important part is to use thoughts that embody unity, health, harmony and fulfilling the best and highest good for all.

How Fast Can We Infect the Earth with Kindness?

Earth is experiencing a Reset.

With the coronavirus making its way around the globe, humanity is learning how connected we really are.  It’s a huge opportunity for us; and conditions are ripe for the population that incarnated on Earth at this time, to remember that they are creating their own reality.

Forced by law to spend time at home, we’ve been given the chance to review our lives; declutter, and wash our hands of things that no longer work for us.  News abounds about the ways humans are helping each other out, and this web of kindness grows each day.  The evidence is there if you look for it.

 

We at Are You Awakening have decided to start a movement.

As the virus puts pressure on humanity to clear blockages in the root chakra (safety and survival) energy center, Lightworkers can focus our thoughts on the positive outcomes of this Reset. So how fast can our little acts of kindness ripple across this planet?

We’re aiming to find that out, by creating our own positive virus called the KoalaVirus. It’s meant to infect Earth’s inhabitants with KINDNESS.

We spread the KoalaVirus by sending little bits of loving support to those who may be feeling fear about this whole thing.  People who are separated from others, or who are out of work right now, or struggling with kids who don’t understand what just happened to their world.

 

Earth is Leveling Up

As termed in my upcoming game Evolution144, humanity is moving from Level 2 (“The Doer”) to Level 3 (“The Questioner”). The game is created to assist awakening individuals along the sometimes bumpy awakening path.  When one enters the “Questioner” phase of awakening, we are prompted by events (often external, such as a quarantine) that provide stimulus to go within…and start asking ourselves Who We Really Are.  A large number of people are facing such an implosion at this time.

 

There are many who will welcome this introspection…and there are some who won’t.

In those times of solitude, we will face our past.  We will come to terms with abundance, and the lack of it. We will be prompted to consider sudden death from an outside force, that seemingly has more power over our own bodies than we do.

 

Those focused solely on headlines are unlikely to see the silver lining in the stormy cloud currently encircling our planet.

Love them right where they are.  There is no need to offer solutions unless asked for them.  Help them feel the connection that always exists, despite physical separation.  And remember that you were there once too.

Here are a couple of fun ideas:

  • Create kind words of support, and post them to a Twitter feed that focuses on negativity.
  • Write a poem and dedicate it to your aunt.
  • Post a photo of a loved pet doing silly things.

Using the hashtag #koalavirus will allow us to track the usage, and to form our own growth curve depicting the spread of KINDNESS around our planet.  More information can be found on the KoalaVirus website.

Here’s a meme to pass around anywhere you like:

…and you need not limit your actions to online.  There is surely someone on the street who would love a meal.  If you’re on your way to pick up your takeout meal, consider buying an extra one and provide it to someone who is unable to order on his own at this time.  With fewer people on the streets, there is less money being distributed to the homeless. Remember that all others are really you, in a different costume.

Bleedthrough:  Your Collision with Parallel Timelines

Your evolutionary path is a series of moments, experienced.

As you heal, the moments get rosier as the things you want start coming your way.

And then, just when things are going well, a wrench in the machine! In comes a tidal wave of destruction—in the form of something that you had always feared would happen, happening.

There it is, staring you in the face.  And your whole life must come to a halt to take care of it.

This happened recently when I received an email from my credit card provider: “Your password has been changed.” 

But it wasn’t me that changed it. In fact, I hadn’t logged into that account for months.  It’s been on my list for a year to log in and update my profile; but I continually ignored my intention and did other things instead.

This propelled me into crisis mode!  How many other accounts use that same password?  And why am I still using the same password on multiple accounts?  And has my email been hacked too?  And who ARE these people? And what have they gotten from me?

Here I am, a victim once again. Just when I thought I was over that stuff, something like this happens to show me that I’m not…

…But it really didn’t happen at all.

 

Once I logged on to check, there was no evidence of a password change request. No activity, no bad guys stealing my identity.  “Welcome back, Kimberly! It’s good to see you again.”  The activity log was squeaky clean.

Yet I have an email right here, telling me it was changed!  So which is the correct reality?  Which information should I believe?

 

The Universe has a purpose for such things.  Remember: nothing is random.

What I experienced was a bleedthrough.

 

Bleedthroughs, also called holographic injections, are inserted into your reality to test your evolutionary progress.

You’re given a sneak peak of a parallel timeline—one that is a result of different choices—and you get to experience it as if it’s real.

Now this notion isn’t new;  Ebenezer Scrooge had a wild ride one Christmas Eve, if you recall.   He learned a lot about himself over those few hours of flying around London, and when he woke up from his apparent dream, he was a changed man.

He was given the opportunity, through foreshadowing of some pretty gnarly outcomes, to course-correct his waking life.  You do this too, and often.

 

Let’s review the mechanics of creation:

  • You are energy, creating from your imagination.
  • Your thoughts form your reality.  This includes unconscious thoughts, as well as conscious ones.
  • Any area in which blocked energy remains, will resurface in the form of an event for you to process.

 

Since humans reside mostly in the physical and are taught to validate occurrences with our physical senses, we consider what we see with our eyes as undeniable truth.

 

A bleedthrough is a collision with a parallel timeline; one on which those involved made different choices, leading to different outcomes.  It is truth, but it might not be one you’d like to experience; you’re given the opportunity to try it on for size. The corporeal mind and body will react to a bleedthrough exactly as if it were occurring in your conscious reality.

But why? And who is doing this to you?

You are.   But you have good intentions in doing so, and it’s because there is something that needs healing in you; so you present yourself with an event formed by another set of choices.  You’re testing yourself to see how far you’ve come.

Here, in the case of my unauthorized password change, I got to process feelings of powerlessness (someone is out to get me), procrastination (this wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t put off updating my password), and guilt for being less than excellent in all areas.

 

The trick is to know which events are on your current timeline, and which are collisions from another timeline.  They can look exactly the same unless you review the details.

 

Take a hard look at the event. I mean Head On:

  1. Look at the people, objects, and nature of the event very carefully.  In them, you will find indications that you’re seeing an experience from another timeline.  People may look slightly different, such as wearing different clothes than they normally would.   Something will feel, well,  OFF.  Use your gut’s analysis of the situation.
  2. Is this event related to something you’ve been worried about? A fear in the back of your mind, festering there?  If so, chances are you’ve got a bleedthrough.
  3. Feel the emotions that this event triggers. This is important in either case.

If you’ve determined that this event is not on your current timeline, that doesn’t mean you can ignore it.  By doing that, you’ll be setting yourself up for a more cataclysmic event down the road.  The objective here is to process the emotions that arose from the event, and to get that blocked energy cleared away.  On the other side of the coin, if you continue to consistently focus on the disastrous event as your reality, then off you go, diverted by the bleedthrough onto a new path.

But I’m guessing that you want things to work out OK; so if that’s your aim, then process the emotions and switch your focus to the most joy-filled timeline you can imagine.

At the least, acknowledge that you experienced an idea that wasn’t in line with your desires.  You sent yourself a test; you then self-evaluated the results, AND you cleared out blocked energy as well.  This is progress!  The event then loses its volatility, and can be safely stored in your consciousness as a neutral experience.

There’s one more thing, and it’s crucial:

Never speak of the event, to yourself, or to anyone, again.  This is how any idea is removed from your current timeline.

By filing away the occurrence with neutrality, and never referring to it again, it becomes merely one of an infinite number of possibilities available to you.  You’ve tasted it, it was yucky, and so you put it back.  Consider possibilities that will taste better, and focus on those.

As you continue to make conscious choices about where you focus your attention, such tests will no longer be needed.

 

Bleedthroughs can be positive experiences too. 

If a sudden opportunity presents itself to you that seems too good to be true, then take note.  You’re testing yourself on your ability to accept good things.  Can you handle these gifts, or will you fall back into old ways and believe that all aspects of life can’t be exactly as you want them to be?

Are there areas of your life where you are experiencing bleedthroughs, believing that they are your current timeline?

Check out all the details; feel the experience in your gut, and take action where called to do so.  For me?  All it took was one email collision to finally get me to change my password and cross it off that list.

13 Things I Wish I’d Known At The Start Of My Awakening Journey

You are here on Earth to learn to love yourself.

This path can be as bumpy, or as smooth, as you choose.  It’s your ride!  So if you’re just starting out on this journey, here are a few things I’d like you to know, because I chose the bumpy path and you need not do the same!  There wasn’t anyone around back then to tell me these things, and if they had…well I would have thrown my hands in the air and squeed with joy around every corner on this roller coaster of life.

Here are the things I wish I’d known when the whole thing started:

 

1. You need not be in a state of perpetual healing.

Much like a scale out of balance, as you apply love in place of trauma, equilibrium takes over.  There will come a time when you will say, “I am healed,” and you will leave it behind.  This includes the idea that you need to heal the Earth Collective of every evil that ever existed, throughout history.  As you balance yourself, you become a powerful healer wherever you go, with no action required.

 

2. Crying means you’re getting better, not worse.

Any culture that tells you that crying is weak has been lying to you.  Crying is an immediate release of resistance, as well as an initiator of rebalancing chemicals that heal your physical body. The process is meant to cleanse you, and it is not a sign that something is wrong with you.  Let those tears flow whenever and wherever you are.

 

3. All physical pain has an emotional cause.

Your body is not solid. Humans simply believe that it is, and as such, they search for solid cures to their imbalances. Although medical intervention serves its purpose during the stage where we believe in external cures, you can discover your own internal healing process for any imbalance.*

Oh, and those unexpected 12 hour sleep sessions you find yourself partaking in? They are not depression; you are healing on many levels while you are out for the count.

 

4. Music has a profound affect on your vibration.

The music that you listen to will indicate your current world view.  Note how a song makes you feel, and if it agitates you, then choose something else.  You are made of sound.  And just like an orchestra in which many instruments contribute to the aria, any sound you hear will blend with you and affect your energy. Consciously choose which sounds you allow in.

 

5. Daydreaming is the process of creating LIFE, and is not an escape.

We are told to get out of “fantasyland” and get back to reality.  This is a lie.  The creational process is enacted through you using your imagination.  So rather than feeling guilty about those daydreaming episodes, remember that this is the process of creation, and it is a most valuable use of your time.  The true escape is to fill your head with other people’s ideas rather than nurturing your own.  Social media understands the value of your attention, and uses it like currency.  Social media, television and movies may leave your life, as your imagination becomes so vivid that you no longer need anyone else’s input to fill your day.

 

6. Loving nature plays a huge part in the process. Buy a plant!

Part of humanity’s imbalance is its relationship with Earth, which is the ultimate Martha Stewart of hostesses.  You have a whole planet to play on!  It is important to establish a relationship with Earth in any way you can.  Yes, that means getting out in nature and reveling at the beauty of it. If you live in a city, buy a plant and learn to care for it as if it were your child.  Not only will it thrive in your care, but it will heal humanity’s damaged relationship and bring us all back into balance. Note that if you are interested in honing your supernatural abilities, focusing on rebalancing yourself with nature is the most efficient way to do this.  For me, it has rejuvenated my abilities as a rainmaker, a deathwalker, and other long-dormant shamanic skills.  You have them too!

 

7. Tying up loose ends is required.  Debts, relationships, promises.

If there is something nagging you in the back of your mind, pay attention or it before it gets humongous.  Bills you keep forgetting to pay, people you keep forgetting to thank, even an oil change you’ve been putting off. Get them done and have as much appreciation for the situation as possible.  This is you, bringing yourself back into balance. Even paying an extra $5 on a debt sends the Universe a sign that you’re working on rebalancing things.  You will receive help, I promise, and in very imaginative ways. Integrity is paramount in the awakening process.

 

8. You are never alone.

Everyone goes through a period of relative isolation. You may lose all of your friends as your frequency rises and theirs doesn’t (but don’t get the ego involved, as there could be those who have vibrated right past YOU!). Yet as you learn to love yourself more, your perspective will also change about who Others really ARE.  You will discover that there are tons of beings that exist outside of your line of visual sight.  It’s a gradual progression of acceptance, in which you concede that you don’t know everything there is to know.  And yes, those things flying around the room that you try to explain away…they really are other souls sharing the space with you. And if you’re wondering if someone you’re thinking about is connecting with you, the answer is yes. The process of your thinking about a person affects them, no matter how far the distance. We are all connected, all the time.  There are no exceptions. You might just forget that once in a while.

 

9. No one is out to get you.

Read my words:  There is no such thing as evil.  There is only your belief in evil.  Once you stop believing in evil, it disappears from your life.  This includes pandemic viruses spread among the population by shadow governments; oligarchies by oppressive Reptilians, bullies, and alien abductions.  All of these occurrences are merely symbols—that you have created—to help you work through your fear of loving others, and ultimately, yourself.  Your Higher Self is on your side and wants to see you, and everybody else, WIN.

 

10. You really can have everything you want.

It CAN all work out just the way you want it.  No one has to lose for another person to win.  You have full imaginative capacity to dream of a world in which you get exactly what you want, and so does everyone else. This is the most profound piece of knowledge that I wish I’d had.  Everyone can win.  The outcome of your dreams depends ENTIRELY on your beliefs of whether or not something can happen.

 

11. Your environment is an extension of you.

Your physical environment, which encompasses everything that you can see, hear, taste, walk around in, and explore, is an extension of you.  If you imagine yourself in the middle of a bubble, you take your environment with you wherever you go.  All of what experience OUT THERE is really an extension of what you believe in HERE.  Every bit of stimuli that you receive from your surroundings, from a dog barking to a crowd of angry people, is placed there for you, by you, as an indicator of what you’re thinking.  The sooner you start considering your personal bubble as part of you, the faster you will gather information about your inner workings and rebalance yourself.  That’s when you will start seeing those dreams appear in the physical.

 

12. Everything is a symbol.

A multidimensional life—one in which you are living both in your mind and in a physical environment—uses many languages.  Words are cool, but symbols tell volumes.  Learn to ask yourself what a rash of repeated bird images means to you.  Repeating numbers, even repeating situations, are all symbols of something much deeper.  Even time is a symbol, and really doesn’t exist.  If this baffles you right now, try reading some poetry to get yourself accustomed to how symbols are embedded in everything.

 

13. Being gets you further than doing.

Our society tells us that in order to reach a goal, we must perform a physical action:  “No pain no gain! Just do it!” Our culture advises us to create lists, and no matter how painful it is, check something off each day; if you don’t, you’re a failure.  This is social engineering, otherwise known as a lie.  Any action that isn’t performed in joy does little to move you forward; you are essentially spinning your own wheels.  Part of your re-establishing a connection with the Higher Self entails listening to it; check your gut and how it feels about doing anything.  More often than you think, just sitting and doing nothing will propel you into a creative state where you find solutions without needing physical effort to accomplish them.

 

I hope that these tips will assist you on your path.  Since there is no one single reality, you are free to agree or disagree with them as you awaken.  You are the creator of your life, and you get to choose!  Anything that doesn’t feel right in the gut—throw it out!  Feel for what does resonate, and follow that.  This is integration at its best.
