Grounding

What’s the big deal about grounding?

You are a walking antenna. Energy comes into you–from all around you–and it needs somewhere to go.  When there is more than your body can handle, you must release it.  That’s grounding.

Ways to ground:

  • Walk in nature.
  • Touch a plant.
  • Pet an animal.
  • Take a shower.
  • Swim.
  • Eat food that feels good.
  • Use a grounding pad.*

You and the Earth are one.  She is ascending along with you. Distribution of this energy maintains the balance for all of us. When you ground, you also affect the weather! Love to you.
